TechDiscovery (american software company) www.TechDiscovery.com is starting search of full-time Lead J2EE Developer/Team-lead for its Kiev office:

The candidate should be able to start in about 3 to 4 weeks and be able to travel to the US for a couple of weeks and then return to Kiev to work on the project from there. Then the candidate will lead the team of other Java developers.
Summary:
4-5+ yrs of experience in Core Java & J2EE (Servlets, EJB, JSP) and sound knowledge of OOAD, Design Patterns,
Exposure to a wide variety of platforms,
Experience in Design & Development,
Experience in managing large/high performance projects,
Experience in Retail Industry a big plus.
Skill Set:
1) Database knowledge — MS SQL2000 or DB2,
2) Core Java: J2EE, Networking, Communication,
3) Worked on a varied set of Java technologies,
4) Should have understanding of Architectural/Design of products and software,
5) Java technologies: JSTL, Servlets, JSP, J2EE, Struts, EJB, XML, Web Services a plus.
6) Web Application: Server: WebLogic or Websphere,
7) Java script, VB script, CSS, DHTML, DOM Object, W3C,
