ATTRACTIONS: You will be developing and adding to complex “system” with many diverse components. We are a 24 hour 6 day per week Company with clients in 22 Countries. We can be flexible on the potential work hours/Shift for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 5+ years experience in the software industry
· Microsoft Visual C++ and MFC/COM – 5 years preferred
· Network programming (TCP/IP), IP enabled enterprise systems, and use of Winsock — preferred exposure of 3 years
· SQL Server programming experience – 5+ years
· Web Coding including ASP, PHP, HTML, etc. – min 5 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Report to a project manager about design, implementation, QA-testing and deployment.
· Work as part of a team.
· Document and internally publish works.
· Add cool new features while trying to best our amazing 99.998% uptime!

COMMUNICATIONS: Must be able to take the ball and proactively communicate. Including diagrams, participate in informal meetings, and provide support to fellow associates on the front line when thing don’t work as planned.

DOCUMENTATION & DESIGN: Must document all work clearly and store in a centralized location. We think it’s important to be able to understand what you coded 6-mo from now when your head is in a different project.

EDUCATION: A University degree in Computer Science/higher level Mathematics or related technical discipline preferred, Masters Degree is a plus. Brainbench.com or other online coding benchmarks for C++ are helpful. If possible please supply Brainbench.com results or Brainbench.com transcript number for your given skills.

COMPENSATION: Hourly and Competitive or Long-term for the right candidate.
