We have started a new big project and are seeking strong software developers who are experts in development of web-based applications in Microsoft’s .NET environment. We are looking for talented professionals who can rapidly produce high-quality code and are comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Accurately understanding requirements, asking the right questions and delivering on time are essential for this role.

Primary responsibilities
Design and develop back-end and front-end of our web applications.

Ensure high quality of work, including debugging and technical documentation.

Report progress on a regular basis.

Collaborate with other team members.

Secondary responsibilities

Configure and maintain application server.

Successful candidates will have
Real-world .NET web development experience building scalable and robust web applications using C#, ASP.NET, IIS and SQL Server;

5+ years of software development experience and 3+ ASP.NET web development;

Expertise in object-oriented design;

Expert knowledge of C# (C++ is a strong plus), ASP.NET 2.0, ASP.NET AJAX;

Hands-on experience with web services and SOAP/XML;

Experience with database design and SQL programming, queries optimization;

Expertise with standard-compliant HTML/CSS/Javascript (jQuery is a big plus);

Experience with fluid layouts;

Ability to work with little supervision after initial ramp-up;

Ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks with high attention to detail;

Ability to estimate the scope of work;

Ability to take evolving, incomplete requirements and pro-actively drive a project to successful completion;

Strong communication and collaboration skills;

Strong English reading and writing skills.

The following skills are helpful

Experience with ASP.NET 3.5;

Experience installing and configuring SQL Server 2005/2008;

Experience with Visual Studio 2008, SVN;

Experience with cutting up Photoshop mock-ups and image optimization.
