Align Technology needs an experienced Performance Engineer to help mold the team and build a positive culture that ensured customer success.

Daily duties include reviewing business and technical specifications to write and execute automated test scripts for performance/load testing.
Frequent and effective communication with business and technical staff members will be essential.
Developing, documenting, and maintaining automated test scripts.
Leading testing effort on various projects. Interacting with on-shore and off-shore development and quality assurance team members for defect resolution.
Providing support for a variety of corporate business applications and web based products in a Testing environment.
Handle and support dynamic schedule, multiple environments, test cycles and deployments.
