После долгого спора с арбиражам и байером мне пришло письмо следующего содержания:
In this situation if you both agree to cancel the bid request and return the funds to the buyer, I can close this out neutrally and only leave a comment rating on each profile (if you both agree).
Стоимость проекта 18$. Что мне делать?
