Заходим на сайт, смотрим в карту, видим "(с) OpenStreetMap contributors" в нижнем левом углу. И с чего б ему не быть в России?

Тут вся тема по сути — это выбор подходящего клиента для OSM

Посмотрел AllTrails — это же просто какое-то позорище IMHO. Там тупо ничего нет, кроме собственно карты, загруженных треков, и абонентской платы.
Прокладки маршрутов нет (не говоря уже о прокладке с картой высот), поиска нет, мелких объектов (типа столов, мест для ночевки, ориентиров нет), общественного транспорта нет, да оно даже названия не-английские коряво показывает (не понимает юникод что ли? )

Последний OsmAnd тоже потестил, IMHO вполне годен
Только вот тормозааа по сравнению с Maps.Me, другой алгоритм упаковки карт дает о себе знать видимо.
