Запустил npm run build, получил хрень:

Как из этого бреда понять какая строка в WeatherSearch.vue ему не понравилась?

Гон. Лежит там Spin.vue в одном фолдере с WeatherSearch.vue

Так он вроде пишет что если хочешь из той же директории добавь точку
иначе он ищет в node_modules

Упс, это я проглядел. Но все равно, я ожидал что webpack выдаст номер строки в VUE файле, на которой споткнулся, а не вот эту всю портянку
