Помогите пожалуйста разобратся с письмом:

AgataSoft Shutdown Lite 2 — Unable to use program in XP Professional

To who it may concern,

I downloaded the program AgataSoft Shutdown Lite 2 from download.com,
installed the program to my Windows XP Professional system, just as I've done with
countless other programs over the years, and upon trying to actually USE the
program -Start/Programs/AgataSoft/AgataSoft Shutdown Lite.exe — I am
presented with a registration information screen explaining that in order to unlock
the fully functional program, AFTER an initial 15 TRIAL use sessions, I must
purchase a $5.00 registration code.

If your program performs as advertised, I would gladly pay the pittance
requested for registration, but as I am unable to get past the initial
registration information screen, I am left with no options but to contact you for
assistance before I can even review the purported functions of the program.

Не пойму толком, что он хочет. У программы есть иконка в трее по которой она вызывается, или я чегото не понял?
